Dr. Eugene Garcia has published extensively in the area of language teaching and bilingual development. He held the position of Dean at Arizona State University’s College of Education from 2002-2006 before stepping down to be VP for Education Partnerships. He has also recently chaired the National Task Force on Early Childhood Education for Hispanics.
